Interesting, Matt.
I would call that a 'long pass' by a dual-carrier, which probably disconcerted you by its length. Road positions are ok and another van passes at approx the same distance out from the kerb.
A moving head with headcam is not ideal to ascertain 'closeness' so I might be underestimating the events here..?
I am guided by the zig-zags on the road.

This gets my vote. I think it should be a TV advert actually. Some videos are shakeycam efforts, although as cyclists we know how close the person was it doesn't "hit home".
