I am currently upgrading the groupset from campagnolo veloce to a campagnolo centaur for which I've got the bsa ultra torque shells to go in. After I have removed the old FSA threaded bearings there is a plastic sleeve / insert left inside the frame. Does this need to come out? If so how do I remove it? It moves freely from side to side but does not easily want to come out. Any help gratefully received.
