Broad. Look at British Cycling or Cycling U.K. website for your region.
There are loads of clubs and groups around London for example

There are events all over the country normally. So if you are seeing any bias it’s pandemic related and will reset when things open up again.

Yes there is a bias. Everything of note goes to London and South East.

It depends on the type of event you're looking for and much is often based around organisers.

For youth there's been a lot in Yorkshire.
At Croft they've run TT's really well.
