Bib tights for slim person over 6'

I have a problem wherein if I be bib tights based on my waist (32-34") then the legs are too short and if I buy for my legs then the waist is slack.

Anyone suffer the same issue and found a suitable pair?

Looking for a pair with wind resistance, maybe with water resistance and ideally with stirups but can do without.

I am a touch over 6' and usually wear a large bib tight, I have got dhb and also Castelli tights and don't suffer from lack of length.

I have a pair of Castelli Sorpasso Wind tights which may fit the wind resistant bill, but I only wear them if t is very cold.

If you buy online many retailers offer free returns, so you can try them on and send back if not suitable.
