Tending to leave trousers and shoes at work, and bring a shirt in fresh- I'm only riding a couple of days a week so try to remember to bring stuff in for the next ride. We have a shower for blokes in male toilets with a shared tall locker. (only seen one other person use it so far^_^).

I ride in in baggy shorts, some trainers I got when I was running, a cotton t-shirt and a waterproof walking coat- not exactly cycling clothes but does the job. Plan is to get some more efficient clothing if I enjoy it and do it often enough (12 miles each way).

I leave shoes in work, cycle in baggies with my work gear in my panniers. Ten very hilly miles each way.

I call my hybrid Trek my "workhorse"

Occasionally I take in extra clothes one day so that I can go in on my road bike the next day.

Bibs for me, I drive in Monday drop off work clothes and gym kit, and then cycle in Tue Weds and Thurs, drive back in on Friday to take gym kit and work clothes back home. May start taking stuff in on Sat so that I can bike in for four days in the summertime.

Baggy shorts, a t-shirt, a flouro jacket and cleatless cycling shoes. My commute's only 5 miles e/w so I don't bother with lycra. I never need a shower at work either (cue shouts of 'let your colleagues be the judge of that!'). I take my trousers and shirt in a backpack. Shoes live at work.

I have thermal bibs for Winter only. Long tights/jersey for Spring/Autumn, and shorts/short sleeve jersey for the 3 or 4 days of Summer that we get. I've never found 'unbibbed' tights uncomfortable though. My solution to avoid arriving at work sweaty is to take it easy on the way in (40-45 mins journey time) and then ride home a lot quicker (sub 35 mins.)

I take clothes into work on rotation, (although I am sorry to say that my trousers probably don't get rotated as frequently as they should!) I've never worn lycra/bibs (apart from some padded shorts for longer rides). I usually wear 'ordinary' three-quarter length trousers with plenty of pockets. Ten mile round trip for me so not too bad, but I'm grateful for the shower at work, particularly in summer.
