stumbled across this forum while researching a business opportunity. Food for thought as a former owner of a bike shop that generated millions in sales. The overhead is massive and we pay for inventory before it is sold. I'm assuming that many people that have used videos from his site saved hundreds. Unfortunately it comes a time when you must charge for services to keep providing services. A typical tuneup in the Midwest is $40-$60, minor derailleur adjustments $20 and so on. I also tried to keep prices at my store reasonable but life is expensive. Rent 7,000 month alone. On the other side there may be other options for Alex. Askthebuilder.com generates 30,000 a month last I checked. Alex..... Good luck at least you are trying to provide a service. Right attitude = success
