There's a big orange thing just hanging in the sky

It's hiding behind cloud and thinks we can't see it, but it's there!

It looks like an enormous fireball, just hanging there...I can feel the heat radiating from it. I'm sure I'm not going mad. I think I might recall seeing it before, but I can't be sure, it seems like such a long time ago.

The Daily Mail says one glimpse of it gives you cancer unless you are in a Henry Ford Patented Protection Cage

It was nice however to make the first commute without coat of any kind (not even a thin windproof number)

For the 2nd day in a row ... we haven't got any .. and they are predicting rain by lunchtime so I have my waterproofs packed... I'm getting grumpy that I'm missing out on this wonderful thing... but I am enjoying the slightly warmer condiitons

I'm about to go through the door and I'm noticing a strange glow... probably only peaked through the clouds for a second but a welcome sight... must dash.

Well, I can't blame it directly on the appearance of the mahoosive fire ball in the sky but it was damn hot riding home from work at 1am this morning. ended up stripping down to a T-shirt and shorts for the second half of the trip.

GLOBAL WARMING.... We're all doomed I tell ye!

The Sun? In Yorkshire?!?. It might be a sign of the end times!

Sun here yesterday- it was the first time we'd seen it for exactly a week. That must be close to some kind of gloom record.

Whatever that thing in the sky is it's giving out signals to people where i work to find rusty bikes from the back of their sheds and ride them in a wobbly fashion to the office for the first time ever.
