I wanted some mudguards on my bike and my brakes needed a service. These guys did the whole lot for £40 in under 24 hours! Can't knock that for value significantly cheaper than a certain green and yellow branded outfit.

Now I imagine I'm going to have lots of cheaper options recommended now!

24 hours to fit 'guards is very thorough! ;)

If it'd been springtime, you might have encountered several weeks long waiting list to get a slot in their workshop, rather than just 24 hours.

the place off the Cut?

Nice blokes in there, it's all repair shop and no shop, sorted me out some nice wheels once, slightly second hand, they're my chaps at the work end of the journey although it's further than at least four other outfits, two of them being Evans

My local green and yellow would have done that for the same price and in 2 hours.

The Can't See My Bike For The Dirt Service.
Cost £55.00
The bike will be jet washed before the regular service is started.

Are you serious? not taking my bike there!

Ha ha ha...

I like it.

It's a "serve you right for bringing your cow-shoot smeared heap in without washing it and expecting us to work on it"

And they charge for the priviledge! Genius! I wish I'd thought of that in my bike workshop days instead of grumbling at the gits who brought all sorts of filthy BSOs to me and expected me to perform miracles with their dented steel rims and bent spindles "no, don't want to pay for spindle replacement, just want the rear gears fixing. Why do I need a spindle, it's the cogs that are moving around?" DOH!

I'll stop now before I get into full rant mode
