Bike Cleaning

My bike unfortunely was left in our garage uncovered through most of the winter months I have now bought a proper cover etc although I do ride it, It has been left with marks and rust which has fallen from the roof does anyone have any tips on whats best to clean it with. To make it as clean and shiny as possible

Mr Sheen (original). Wash the bike with car shampoo first, let dry, then Mr Sheen it.
