Bike courier recommendations please.

I've agreed to buy a bike in Snowdonia, but I never thought about the different Welsh travel restrictions. I can't drive in and pick it up, the place doesn't have a railway station. Any recommendations for couriers?

The seller has kindly agreed to meet me in Chester. It was this on CTC where I only usually browse the "for sale" section.
