Bike frame and fork - discs

I have enough parts lying round in my garage to build up a bike so I am looking for a frame and fork (with headset if possible) with disc mounts to be able to build up a spare bike. I am not bothered about scrapes and scratches just want something rideable.

I am 5ft 7 and normally go for small or 53/54cm frames.

The cheaper the better as I will be learning as I build.

Also, if you play PXRouloette, you can often get a Kaffenback for a bit less and a London road for a little more.

I built up one as a way of storing all the spare parts I had amassed... and the Kaffenback frame was something like £120 when I bought it. Bonkers value.
