Bike friendly B&Bs in Brighton or Shoreham.

Me and a mate are going to ride the Downs Link from Guildford to Shoreham. Our plan is to ride one way on the Saturday, go on the razzle in Brighton, then ride back home (gently) on the Sunday. Can anybody recommend a bike friendly (ie with storage) B&B in the area?
