Hi I am tt and I have a problem.

Today at the London Bike Show, I uttered without being forced: "I think I have all the bikes I need and would want." I am not currently coveting any bikes in direct contravention to the N+1 doctrine/rule. To think, I was in a place full of shiny new bikes.

Something is badly wrong, I'm hardly cycling, have been absent from CC...how do I reverse this decline?

Put one of the 'N' in a bike bag/box and flee these wind and rain plagued shores for sunnier climes, for example, the Costa Blanca. The forecast for the next week there is sunshine, and temperatures of 14-20 degrees C!

Punishable by a good horse whipping, followed by 100 Hail Marys on your knees, in front of all your steeds.

I will write out a prescription for a lifetimes cycling to be taken as and when required . You may also benefit by spending time with a support /therapy group known as cyclechat

+1.

A poem for Valentine's Day
Roses are red
Violets are blue
We'd all like to ride a bike with you
And not just for the cake, honest

Oh, that's not usual then? <confused look>
You're a wrong 'un that's for sure.

I prefer @ColinJ suggestion

It's a good place to reach, to know that you do not associate your own worth by how many bikes you own or think you should own.

Congratulations. :bravo:

No wanting another bike means that you have n+0 disease and that you probably caught it off me. From posting made earlier in the month:

I have lost all desire to add another bike to my collection. I've got all bases covered and there's nowt that I fancy out there.

I hope that the illness is not terminal.

I've a worse case than you. I am thinking of selling one!

I'm in a worse state than that.

I'm thinking of giving one away....

I think a trip to Woodrup's should cure that.

I tried that last night. I looked at a Maurice Woodrup 853 frame with hand cut lugs on their web site and my gusset remained undampened.

Blimey, you have got it bad Vern.

Still no cure in sight even though my toy fund has had an unexpected boost to its coffers.....
