I recently bought a MTB from 2014 which requires a couple of new parts - as it's a few years old exact replacements aren't obvious - can someone advise me based on the details below what I would need?

Front disc pads - calipers are Deore LX, 160mm, and the pads are Shimano 6009- MO75 Resins
(These are very similar to look at but title not exactly the same Wiggle)

Jockey wheels - Deore XT M760 with a 9 speed cassette.
(These are very similar to look at but title not exactly the same Merlin)

Any advice greatly appreciated.

What's printed on the calliper - you'll have the Shimano series number.

Jockey wheels, I'd get some Tacx or BBB replacements with the same number of 'teeth'. That's all you need to take into account, so the Shimano ones will be fine.

On the calliper is BR M585 (I missed that number as it was facing inwards toward the wheel) which I've just Googled and thrown up a number of results.

Thanks for the jockey wheel advice

Right BR M585 pads it is !!!

I switched my 90's XT mech to Tacx jockeys - no maintenance cartridge bearings. They come up a little 'slimmer' than standard Shimano jockeys, so come with plastic spacers. Nice and quiet too.
