Old topic, but for anyone interested we've got a regular game of bike polo going in Nottingham. We meet on a Wednesday at 7:30(PM!) at the Orange Tree on Shakespeare Street before starting to play at around 8:00. Loads of spare mallets, even got a few bikes I'm sure people are willing to loan out. We've only been playing a few months so we're not much good ourselves; nothing to be scared of!

Is it open to us non-fixed riders? Been getting the FB invites since joining the group at your suggestion a while back and am up for it, but fear I wouldn't be welcome with all my gears and brakes and stuff

Not Jackson! Jonathan, but I know Jackson. Yeah, anyone can come, we're not gear-ist. We've been having poor turnouts lately, hence my attempt to drum up some interest!
