Bike racks for cars & boot access?

Are there any rear (boot) mounted bike carrier racks that still allow access to your boot or does one new to get a roof mounted rack?

Generally only for one bike, maximum two.

I can open my boot with my Saris Bones still attached - not with any bikes on, natch!

Some of the Thule and Exodus makes have a tilt function so you can still get into the boot even with you bike strapped on.
