Bike set up

Probably been done to death and I'm sorry my search skills aren't up to much.

Is there a thread i can be directed too?

The info i'm after is the is the way to setup up the fore and aft adjustment on a saddle. The optimum height on the saddle I've got covered, i think.

Any other hints and tips on set up would be handy.
