Bike Weight

I just weighed by Giant Defy 3 (2010) and was shocked it only weighs 9.3Kg,

how much does your pride and joy weigh

My bike weight = irrelevant.

I am guessing my Avail is similar to the Defy but has a rack on it which adds weight. The Whyte is 10kg (without the rack). The carbon must be sub 9kg

My Bitsa Road bike 8.9kg. Need new wheels to reduce that but, Meh it's not gonna make me any faster.

My carbon bike is about 7.5 kg My Ribble and old steel Carlton are both about 9.5 kg with their current setup. I have no idea what the Spesh MTB weighs although it seems quite light for a full suspension bike.

im 83Kg, i dont even remember the last time i was that light..... properly 30 years ago when i was at school!!!
