Because I’m considering using them and was wondering about delivery…thought that was implied in the question.

Don't forget to check the import costs if buying from the EU, plus large multi-national couriers will often charge handling fees plus the actual duty fees

Yeah having trouble finding stock in the UK, they are literally the only store I have found with stock.

But the question wasn’t suggesting I email the store, it was wanting to know why I asked about that store. Which was clear from the question, I was asking about delivery. And in my experience the store are not the best answering these types of questions when delivery outside their own country is involved, the customer is probably the better person to ask.

Most questions on this forum could be directed at the manufacturer/store, this is a forum to ask questions, which normally get a faster reply than from a German based online store I would think.

I’m confused now too as I totally misread that post, thought it said why ask about Bike24…I apologise to Cycleops.

But I do think asking the forum would be faster and get a more reliable answer, as I said online stores seem to not be up on who the courier maybe once the parcel leaves their own country, this was the main reason why I asked here.
