BikeDiscount.de - Good to deal with/returns?

Hi,

I have decided I NEEED a dirt jump bike, so set about buying the bits, I got a good deal, so I thought from Wiggle - untill they fork they sent me wasnt the one I ordered (straight steerer not tapered, remote lockout and 9mm QR not 15mm). Obviously, its going back. Annoyingly, I go passed their warehouse everyday but there is no option to drop it in.

The forks Im after a a bit specialist, for 26 inch wheels (when the MTB world has gone 27.5 and 29), with the direct compression and 15mm axle. The best deal I can find is on bike discount.de.

I have not had any dealings with these.

Anyone bought, and more importantly, returned stuff to them? What was your experience.

Great company. I've returned stuff, no problem. You do realise the return has to go all the way to Germany, do you?

I have bought of them and I had good service. I would not hesitate to use them again. I have never had the need to return goods.

Surely if they deliver an item that is different to the one described/ordered then the return is at their expense and not really relevant. Of course, if you order the wrong item then the return conditions and cost become much more important...

FWIW, bought from them on one occasion and had no issues. So no experience of their returns policy but no reason to complain about anything either
