Deffo not working here.
Funny thing is..it doesn't work on Firefox, but does with Microsoft Edge.
Problem still persists, so I've mailed him.

It was working on my laptop ( MacBook Air, Safari Browser ) but not on Mrs Tenkays laptop ( MacBook Air, Safari Browser )
A quick look online and an Apple help topic showed the following solution:

  1. Choose Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click the Privacy icon.
  3. Click the Details button.
  4. Search for the name or domain of the website whose data you want to remove.
  5. In the results list, click the domain (like example.com) that has data you want to remove.
  6. Click Remove.
  7. When you're finished, click Done and close the preferences window.
This did the trick. I know that this refers to sorting it out in Safari on a Mac, but perhaps a similar procedure in Windows / Chrome would resolve the issue?

Win10 - Chrome - a-okay.

HTH!

Also working fine for me on Firefox 76 on Win 10
