ordered stuff from them, no problems, as with all retailers based abroad, returns can be problematic Id guess, I didnt find them that slow fwiw, but then Im following something Ive ordered from the US recently thats going on a little journey around the states, and will probably take a month or more to turn up.
so yeah 10-14days isnt a problem imo, but equally Ive ordered from an online shop in Italy I think it was, it arrived within 2 days, and no didnt pay for express dispatch, which is quicker than most UK based stores can turn things around.
