It's a sculpture/fountain.
I quite liked the English translation on the info board about it "who can resist the lure of the Stavoren big fish "

The polar steps format is quite good I like that as a travel "blog" or whatever they are called.

It's a blank page with a spinning compass symbol that never goes away. It looks like the site owner can't write web pages that work on secure browsers. 🤷 or maybe won't because they want to snoop on readers. Shame, as I like reading travel blogs.

Yes, my mother would be so proud!
As a kid, she made me write a holiday diary and I resented every minute of it!
Here i am documenting my travels and no one is forcing me to!
