Bikes in Paintings

Well photos are photo's are great for images and memories art ?some maybe-not enough room in many photos for anything from the taker.Not that I don't like many photo's- but for me they are a transitional point.Armstrong Jones was looking at a friends photo exhibition -he picked out the best shot then quietly confided"-you know if photography's art it all happens in 1/150 of a second"! What would happen to that great photo you have if someone took it then put his own personal take on that scene in paint or Print?
