Welcome aboard. I too have a Birdy Bike, an original frame Blue model from 2001 and still my ride of choice, it's a bit of a Trigger's broom bike now and I'm just off out to pick it up with its 2nd new rear hub as I wore the original Sram dualdrive out and the SA 5 speed I initially replaced that with was an utter POS.
They are nippy, comfy and all round brilliant folders to ride IMHO and my Blue is the bike I love more than any other I've ever had.
My only gripe is the 18" wheel not being easy to source off the shelf.
Just one thing tho. That ain't no Birdy in your avatar pic

Hey Flyboy I see you're local to me, That's Fort Perch Rock! How are you enjoying your Birdy? I'm torn between that or a Brompton chpt3 (when available)
