I commute Bearwood to City Centre (St Pauls Square) along the canal, if you need any more commuters.

Hi everyone, thank you again to all the people replying and to those who've taken part in my interviews!

Ive sent Pm's to everyone whos replied so anyone who hasn't got one please get in touch!

I still have lots of spaces left for people to take part, so anyone who is interested, whether or not you commute to the city centre, please get in touch by email, post or pm!

Hi Wethepeople, I do not commute in Birmingham, but do commute nearby. My commute is from Solihull to Hampton station then from Coventry to Whitley Village (Coventry) in the morning and then cycle all the way from Whitley village to Solihull in the evening. I cycle close to the centre of Coventry in both cases. If I can be of help let me know.

Signed up, and wearing the camera today.
I have had to curtail my usual oggling at the local sights and concentrate on keeping up a good speed.

Had two speed merchants on the middle stretch today - both kept me honest and then some. Usually I am scalping fellow commuters at that point like they are standing still, so our Uni friend will think I am a bit slow.

Hoping for a more impressive ride home, but the wind will be in my face. Ho hum..

I ride in from Bearwood to Broadstreet every day. Not very far only about 4 miles but it is down Hagley road. If I can help i will.

I do that too - bearwood to Broad Street only I don't use the hagley road - you can do it really easy and safer imo through edgbaston - up your mileage too - i'll tell you my route if you are interested?

I've tried a few other routes but I go down Hagley road cause it's down hill in the nornin and I don't get sweaty. Would be good to vary the way home though so yes please on the alt routes.

Cheers
