Birthday treat from DAWES

My better half treated me to a new Dawes Super galaxy for my birthday which is today!!!!!...........and even though the bike has been in the house for a week..I havent been allowed to use it ...so this morning I took the pink bow off it ( not a dawes bow ) removed a couple of reflectors
changed the pedals and set off for a gentle 12 miles.

All I can say is wow !
The bike is just so comfortable ..fits me brilliantly.....There is nothing I dont like so far.....its a thrill to ride it ...Im beginning to understand why people rave about the steel frame.

Even the standard saddle which I didnt like the look of... was fine over that short distance..........

And with 20 % off the price in this months sale... I am a very happy bunny indeed I just cant believe Im 60 !!!!!!!!!!!Seems I was only 25 a few years ago

Well I'm 70 in a few weeks. In that I'm 18 with 52 years of experience, am I entitled to a Dawes Ultra Galaxy?
