Bizarre spam email

For some time now I've been getting spam emails which my Yahoo email picks-up and dumps into a Trash folder, I scan it occasionally to see if it's picked-up anything it shouldn't have and them flush it out.

I don't open the emails, but from their titles I can see some are trying to sell me Viagra & Cialis, others online Poker, others from nice girls in Russia who want to meet me.

And there are lots with the most amazing titles, trying to get my attention and make me open them. Often they involve Hollywood stars or US presidential hopefuls.

I've just found one entitled
Britney Spears vagina attacks warder and escapes rehab

Well it got my attention, but I've still not opened it...

These spammers are clever fellas, but they always fall at the final hurdle with sub-standard English grammar. Sentences like:
Wow! You please lady large feeling passion hard. She deserving more!

Sounds like Yenners!
I think you're right!
And if those 'slimming pills' don't arrive by the end of the week, Yenners, I want a full refund.

Just cleared out my trash:

Britney Spears wardrobe latest malfunction exposes her assets.

Hey, I got that one today too !

Together with
"Britney tried to drain my scrotum" : Bush
and
Heidi Klum spices up her marriage to Seal by proposing a hot menage a trois with...

Plus usual stuff about cheap Rolex & Patek Phillipe watches, 'enlargement pills', confirm my bank account details, job opportunities cashing cheques, etc.

Do the people who send these things really exist ?
- Eliseo Pierre, Zenaida Chreene, giacomo Scheuer, tick Bugden, etc

Are they people (presumably Americans with names like that) who were stupid enough to open these emails and click on the link, thus downloading spambot software and now wonder why their PC is running so slowly ?
Or does the spam software have some name-randomiser function which makes up these names - if so, why such ludicrous names ?

Some spam email subject lines that amused me today:

"Kevin Federline to start coffin making factory"

"Does you Mr Winkie need upgrading ? Our offer will interest you."

"Zac Ephron buys Britney Spears' farts"

"Britney Spears Is Actually A Piece Of Broccoli"

I think the spammers are high on something !!
