I have an old Tacx Basic turbo. And being on lockdown I want to try Bkool. So I bought a sigma speed ant+ sensor because bkool said it was compatable, I bought an ant+ dongle for my trusty old PC and started a trial bkool subscription. When I start bkool it insists I add a trainer, so I select a dumb trainer , and pair it with my speed sensor which it sees ok. But when I start peddling it shows a 1 to 2 kph maximum. At no point have I been asked about wheel diameter so I suspect that there is a configuration missing somewhere but I am tearing my hair out trying to find it, Can anyone help please ?
