Bkool pro trainer with zwift

Does anyone know if this can be done? tried pairing mine and it won't work. as far as I know it has all the latest updates?

Is there something I'm missing?

It certainly can be done - sometimes the Ant+ dongle needs a USB extension lead to bring it closer to the PC, particularly if there's lots of other electronics around. (Electronics at Christmas? Surely not!) Try bringing the 2 a bit closer together, and stick with it!

Yes it can be done and I do. Which model of BKool have you got?
The original with the USB plug can't be upgraded to Ant+ FE-C but the classic can and that's what you need to run Zwift.
The Pro is set up ready to go out of the box if I remember correctly.

Also as said previously get the dongle as close as you can to the unit but if the BKool is running smoothly on their software this shouldn't be the issue

Run the Bkool software, go to settings and make sure in there somewhere that FE-C is selected
Zwift will see it after that, Merry Xmas!
