I've been having a black pudding and bacon sandwich for breakfast for the past 2 weeks and for the past week I've become considerably faster(average speed over 4 mph faster).

I had my blood tests as most will know and it didn't show I was diabetic or anemic(spelling) but I feel better now than I have for the past couple of years, more alert, less tired etc..

Can black pudding make that much of a difference to my commute and lifestyle or am I going through some sort of winter "pedal harder to keep warm" phase that everyone goes through thi time of year?

Don't forget the Marmite (or similar) for the 'essential' vitamins etc ;).

I've always considered black pudding to be an athletic super food myself, yum.

Glad you're all right - was wondering how you had got on. Black pudding deficiency is a little-known but widespread condition, and I think I shall also have to have treatment soon.

Black pudding, Marmite and Guinness could be a real boost to your performances, but could make a real mess of your shorts if you apply too much effort! ;)

You can maximise the effects of the dosage by taking it with beetroot.
