I've been having a black pudding and bacon sandwich for breakfast for the past 2 weeks and for the past week I've become considerably faster(average speed over 4 mph faster).
I had my blood tests as most will know and it didn't show I was diabetic or anemic(spelling) but I feel better now than I have for the past couple of years, more alert, less tired etc..
Can black pudding make that much of a difference to my commute and lifestyle or am I going through some sort of winter "pedal harder to keep warm" phase that everyone goes through thi time of year?
