Blackberry jam

Went out yesterday on the bikes round some of the rural lanes and went past some good blackberry bushes. So today we went back out and came back with 2 big tubs worth.

They have now been turned to jam and are cooling in the kitchen.

Later i will be having rice pudding with a blob of home made blackberry jam (all being well)

I really like blackberry wine and blackberry jam......Jam wins as it takes 12 months for the wine to be any good
