Yes to the saddle and bar tape, however the buckles on those toe-straps are diabolical. they do not have the little piece on the buckle which you can reach down to and flip the strap open with your finger tips.

Is there a convention where you must put on an 'aged' brooks saddle for authenticity ?
I ask, cos i sold a well used one on ebay to a chap in Japan...he paid more than a new one cost (more or less)

brooks just look good on vintage bikes imho.

it will be getting some vittoria rally tubs for the sprint wheels, but it's on the road with some 700c mavic/alex wheels and odd tyres at present.

it does have a reasonably authentic front brake, but it's crap so i may put safety first and order a new dual pivot caliper.

The green in the rasta tape is a nicer shade than the other imo, but either way, it's going to look cool.

the saddle is now on and seems comfy, although the 24km test ride was done with the saddle a tad low and forward. looks lovely.
