I'm sure if he contested it with video evidence that the lane was blocked then a judge would throw it out.

The extra video just shows it's a little dangerous for blind people to be cycling on public roads .

In other news, this video is brilliant and is doing a FANTASTIC job across the internet of highlighting why cyclists need to sometimes move outside of the bike lanes.

I can't say 100% but at the end of that clip the commentator says somebody is holding up the flag 'its not illegal'. I think the exact wording on cycle lanes varies from state to state but again I can't be 100% sure.

in new york . yeah , seems so...

in one of the helmet threads i posted a report on new york cycling deaths.. theres been 1 IN a cycle lane ( car) a total of 225.. ( obviously i dont believe ALL roads have cycle lanes like those though) .

they're also pretty wide... put most of uk's to shame
