Woke up 6am, coffee in bed contemplating the cycle commute to work.
Scratched my man bits and farted.
Got dressed, took 500 tons of Xmas recycling out in freezing cold.
Cycled to the office.
On cyclechat when boss is out of room in meeting.......

Me again - thread hijack, sorry manly men!
I've spent all day painting the communal, 3 floor close with @flyingfifi.
She rode 10 miles in icy conditions to work on this week long project.
The two able men living here have not offered to help.
having my dinner, then going to carry on tiling my kitchen, hopefully fitting my new window blind tonight.

Rescued a spider and put it outside. That was all brave and a man type job.
Then I went off and read some chick-lit to put the balance back in my life.

you probably killed the spider putting it outside @Saluki ....

That's not manly. Man would have got more wood and made a bigger table. Pfft...wannabe amatuer..
It only counts as proper manwork if you had to buy a special tool or an expensive fitting that you will immediately lose.
I used a big hammer and made a lot of noise, does that not count? The tools that I used are now back in the tool box.

I did not start a manic dance routine when I found some earwigs, and I picked up some worms with my bare fingers to return them to the garden.
