Well, technically @CarlP and I have contributed. All the bone marrow databases are shared, so if either of us were a potential match, we would have been contacted by our registries. Ditto for the people that sign up from this: statistically unlikely they will be a match for Elsie, but there is a chance one of them/us may match another needy person.
