Looking at the vid again, it's not actually clear that the ped made a point of moving into your path. I wonder if it's not a misinterpretation on your part? You seem to be looking for arguments today.

I reckon he maybe was blocking the way, even if he did it should never have been a problem to start with.

maybe he was going to go to the middle but saw you thought oh shoot heres an angry argumentative looking soul, lets move to the side for him as he looks like he isn't going to get off his bkie at the door. he moves and you move so it looks to you like he moved deliberatly . he gets annoyed as you moved you get annoyed cos he moved.

I can see no deviation in the direction of the pedestrian in any way to force you out of the way, I'm even of the opinion that your still on your bike after passing through the doors judging by the angle that your camera is looking down on other pedestrians. It may be mounted on your helmet, but by that viewing angle you must be about 8 foot tall if your on foot. Just looking downwards on that ladies head on 2 or 3 occasions to the bottom right of the screen just before the clip finishes, only convinces me more, your still cycling through the forum.

I get the feeling that you know your in the wrong but by posting the clip hope you can get the CC forum members to think that you are in the right just to justify your actions, and I certainly do not.

But is that dismounting or just getting off the saddle ?

if the means on propulsion was the cycle and not both feet contacting the pavement, I would think that you were riding the bike (and probably with less control than you would have been if you had been in the saddle)

Cannot see any diviation from the pedestrian, like others have said......I would have got my bike much earlier.
You do look as though you were still on your bike, just because of the angle of the camera.
