take it easy and don't get back riding too soon, I stocked up a lot more knee trouble for myself by trying too much too soon. Take it easy on the cocodamol too, they're grippy little b'stards when they get into you.

fingers crossed that you start to feel better soon & have fun re planning le tour de offspring.

Yes, I'm on the big strength cocodamol and supplementing occasionally with diclofenac. The cocodamol has had an unfortunate effect on my bowels as expected so had to do the walk of shame into Boots to buy some lactulose!
Boo and no poo to that!

I found the same with it of course, but was only taking it at night (other painkillers during the day) so it was not so pronounced. However I did find that the problem eased a little as I got used to taking it. Awwww.

I hope you've got lots of things to read.

Feeling somewhat better today in part because the menfolk are back and also because I've started supplementing the cocodamol with diclifenac which is marvellous stuff. I did take some invite first few days, but then stopped, think I wasn't quite ready for stopping it.

Glad you are feeling better. Diclofenac is nearly as bum-gluey as co-codomol though.
I am not allowed any NSAIDS so it's co-codomol all the way when I'm in pain.

Glad you are on the mend somewhat. Came off my bike last week and had a seizure so still a bit sore and not been back on it this week, missing it too. Hopefully you will be back at it soon.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Your boys spoiling you ? Looking after Mum etc ?

Yes, there's a music festival on in Sheffield today so we've been theer to the folk music which was in a park with a parkour thingy for the boys, was lovely sitting in the sun having drinks brought to me.

No, no. You can keep the flowery panniers and the loopy Labrador.
