Serves them right . I saw 3 cars today totally blocking the slipway at Richmond just so they dont have to pay a few £ for parking .

Of course, paying for parking in Richmond doesn't make you safe. There are a few pay&display spots they go under water in a spring tide. I once saw a convertible SAAB half submerged in a car park, with it's sun roof going up and down. It looked like a dinosaur in a tar pit.

I can make out the number plate, I upped the levels and undid the blur

That number plate's obviously fake. I stuck it through Euro Car Parts, and it didn't come up as a BMW. Mind you, I did get a good deal on an oil filter for a Blohm und Voss Type VIIC...
