I have a BMX that I am breaking at the moment if you want the bars off it. I will have a look to see what can be done to make them fit. What will they need to fit to?

A lot of tourers use those butterfly bars, may be better suited than BMX?

Get a cheap/old set of drop bars, turn them over and cut them in the right place just after they start sloping down, or further if you want them to stick up more. Bingo you will then have cow horn bars;)
Unless you ment a mustache style bar?
