BOA dial pop off

Hi Guys, asking a question for this BOA dial. Can i claim a warranty from BOA or is the base of the BOA is cracked which i need to claim warranty from shimano. FYI this is a Shimano RC703 gotten less than a year ago......

BOA should replace the 'dial', and if the replacement doesn't cure the issue, Shimano.

It's not this dodgy hollowtech and needs a hammer and chisel to fix - watch your toes. (In house joke)

Go the BOA route. You will get a new dial plus cable. Make sure to select the right dial model in your claim.
