Cheers guys thanks for your input this is my first "forum venture" shall we say i have been warned by friends that these places are full of ignorance etc but im pleased to say ive found nothing but friendliness helpfullness and serious amounts of knowledge about my new chosen hobby.

Back again to moan after using my bike for approx 80 miles since being repaired the front gear assembley again fell off at speed the chain jammed sumwhere during that. Resulting in me falling off breaking my little finger grazing my behind and elbow and walking 10 miles home I know in the grand scheme of things my bike isnt an expensive road bike but it took me an age to save for and im thoroughly p****d off with the chumps at HALFORDS Snotty but articulate e-mail sent to there customer services rant over !
