just received a shimano square tapered bb from wiggles no crank bolts included . like selling a ladder without rungs wtf

The bolts come with a chainset, not a BB.

The BB doesn't come with bolts cos don't know what cranks you're using. While the bolt threads are the same the head size and profile can differ.

I always bough square tapered bb from ebay always got crank bolts included
