I'm off to get a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow, the paperwork all suggests it's pretty straight forward and I'll be right as rain by bedtime (just don't shower/bath for 24 hours), but I thought I'd ask if anyone here has had one and if there was anything to watch out for with riding after. I'm due out on a 30 odd mile ride on Sunday with the bike shop and will be doing the Ride London the weekend after.

I'll ask the medical bods, but as they'll not have had it done to themselves, and probably won't be cyclists I'm not sure they'll have any particularly relevant knowledge...

Wound ? That would need to be healed before you think about cycling.

They use a needle to extract bone marrow, usually from inside bone in the rear of your hip, I'd wait and see on the cycling mate that area will probably be quite painful for a little.
