Isnt that the time to give them back to their parents and leave. Fast.

I was out with Oli and his mum. It was a lovely sunny day, so we both decided to have a lolly, something I hadn't done for years. I suggested letting him have a go at it, and she agreed, and he did enjoy it (he was teething, so it must have been soothing), but it was only afterwards that it dawned on both of us that he'd probably never had sugar or colourings before (she makes all his meals). By the time we got home, he was buzzing! Sis suggested we should wait for B-I-L to get home from work, and then go out, leaving him to try and get Oli to bed.... We didn't though.
Once he's old enough for me to take him out for a day, I intend to do stuff like pond dipping, get him all muddy and hyped up on Sunny D, and then give him back. It's what any good auntie shoud do...
