I've cycle round/through that park a few times its fairly flat but runners, roller-skaters, skaterboyze and cyclist to go through at a fair old pace, mostly not looking where they are going. There is at one point in the hill a nice sweeping downhill round a bend, if he was going fast down there and hit someone then it's no one he came a cropper. It would be very hurty indeed.
