Beltane on Jethro Tulls Songs For The Wood. Any idiot knows it was recorded at the same sessions as the following album, Heavy Horses. It's the sort of highly annoying thing that will get right up a purists nose.

You may jest, but CDs are still one of the best backup media for audio tracks, in my opinion. Computers will still be capable of reading CDs for at least a few decades, perhaps longer. USB memory sticks aren't as reliable, the "cloud" (aka internet storage) isn't secure enough, and leaving your only copy of music on a PC's hard disk is just stupid.
I'm more than happy to buy my music on CDs, rather than downloading it, because it comes with a bit of cover art, saves me the trouble of writing it to a CD myself, and gives the artist a bit more money. Everybody benefits.

And CDs make nice decorations hanging from trees to scare the birds away.
