  1. I have Tim O'Brien's "If I Die In A Combat Zone", very kindly posted to me by Longers a few weeks back. I've read it now. Anyone else want it?

I know it's free but you still have to be careful.

    Was it any good?

  3. I enjoyed it, it's an interesting read. Shall I just post it to you and you can see for yourself?

No ta. I'd have to give you my address then...

  5. I'll just post it to The Little Nibble then.

OK then. It's just around the corner.

Mark it for the attention of K. Rowland, Esq.

  7. <OT>I drive past the site of The Little Nibble most days. One of our customers is just around the corner from it. Maybe I could just lob the book out of the truck window as I drive past. </OT>

    The site of?

    It's still there!

  9. Ah, maybe I'm a bit confused then. Whereabouts is it in relation to, say, Bearwood Kwik Fit?

Other side of the lights. Just above (as in uphill) of The Bear. Same side.

Anyway, what you doing in my manor?

  12. Right, I'm with you now. I don't go past it then, I turn off just before the lights.
Anyway, do you want this bloody book or not?

  13. Picking up plastic watering cans, usually. At the bottom of Beakes Road.

    I know. Hawes.

    (If you'll pardon me.)

  15. That's the place. Look out for a CFT tractor unit pulling a blue trailer, it might be me.
