I would be more concerned at the extravance of having two signs side by side giving the same information from Oxfordshire CC.
If in doubt it is usually possible to reword a sentence in order to avoid the need for an apostrophe, I do it every day.:smile:

That's not an Oxford comma.

yeah it should be "For breakfast i had eggs, toast, and orange juice"
rather than "for breakfast i had eggs, toast and orange juice"

because talking to your toast and orange juice makes you look odd.
