I have a gravel bike with 'Boost' hub spacing (12x110mm front, 12x148mm rear) with 700c wheels. I am in the market for a new set of wheels but finding 700c wheels with this spacing is not easy (I assume because it is more common on mountain bikes).
Is it possible to use standard width hubs with some kind of adaptor? If so, is there anything else I need to take into account, such as disc brakes etc?

Think you might find more 'hits' by searching for 29" wheels (they are ETRTO 622 as well - same as 700c)
In Uk these, for example:

Your challenge may be getting an internal rim width to suit your desired 'gravel' tyre width - the linked one above is 30mm.

My wild guess to your questions is 'deleted

Superstar components might have something...although just seen your location, they may not ship to EU

You can get boost adapter kits that will take a standard 100mm through axle front hub to 110mm boost, it consists of some longer disc bolts, a disc rotor pad spacer and 2 axle spacers. They are about £2.60 plus VAT from aliexpress delivered. They do kits for both front and rear. You aren't gaining the strength benefit of the wider boost hubs of course but a good option if like me you have a boost suspension fork but a non-boost through axle wheel.
